Quartix has reported strong demand for its 12-month vehicle tracking contract with no set-up charges, particularly from LCV fleet operators.
The company says it's equipping more than 2,000 vehicles a month with its real-time tracking system, which is available with a minimum contract commitment.
Andy Kirk, sales and marketing director, commented: 'We won tremendous acceptance from customers for our pay-as-you-go service, which offered the right to cancel after three months.
'However, many companies suggested they would be happy to sign up for twelve months if there were no installation charge, and last year that is exactly what we provided. Its success speaks for itself, with UK installations last month at more than 2,000.'
